After successfully teaching and empowering hundreds of people who had no idea if they even had the gift of using their intuition, let alone talk to the other side, helping them live their dream and step into who they authentically are, my desire is to be able to help you do the same, by creating an amazing business platform with a core spiritually minded healing presence for the world.

About Carmel
Carmel’s purpose is to help heal the world, one spirit at a time!
Carmel began her journey as a Medium from a young age but didn’t understand what was
happening to her and instead lived most of her childhood and young adult life
thinking she was crazy and struggling with severe panic and anxiety.
In her 30’s that all changed and she realized what was happening all along,
she was connecting to the other side.
Now she is world renowned Medium, has filmed two seasons of a hit TV show on OWN Canada
& CMT Canada, a best selling published author, inspiring mentor and teacher to hundreds of students,
a leader among her peers, she has set out to help change the world by helping others discover
who they truly are and what’s been happening with their intuition all along!

School of Spirit is an 10 week, interactive video-based training program that teaches creative, intuitive, spiritually guided business owners strategies to have a more successful, established business with a stronger online presence.

I had already been dipping my toes in the water of doing readings professionally, but was stagnating at my one year mark. I could not figure out what was holding me back and what I was missing. I want to help others, but defining who I am and reaching clients was elusive. Add in an almost non-existent budget, I took a chance and submitted my video for a scholarship. I learned having a great support team working with you helps a great deal. I have found this not only working with the wonderful Ladies on Team Baird, but from my classmates in the Facebook Groups that come with the courses. The webinars gave us all the opportunity to ask more in depth to some of the lingering questions and explanations in them really made a difference.
I haven’t done my practicum yet, but I have secured a reading space come March, expanded my social presence, done videos and even an online radio show. My Facebook page has doubled its likes in the last six months and I am working at being more of a presence locally by connecting to people and places that support my business.
This is only a start for me, and I cannot wait to see what is new in the next round of School of Spirit and Certified Mediumship. If anyone was to ask me if should they book their place in the courses I would be asking them what is stopping them. Learning never stops and it is one of the most supportive atmospheres to learn in that I have ever had.

I have taken both Certified Mediumship and School of Spirit. If Mediumship is your path and/or you would like to have your own spiritual business, then these courses are for you. After taking Certified Mediumship and putting in the work, I can confidently say, I am a Medium. I have learned how to make strong connections with spirit and to trust the messages I am getting. I have confidently done dozens of readings so far, something I don't think I could have done without this course. Also, in learning how to trust myself, my intuition and my Angels and Guides, I have grown on a personal level as well. It is amazing! Having the private Facebook group for this class is helpful as well. The modules are easy to follow along with and doing everything at your own pace takes the pressure off.

When I was asked to write about my experience learning from Carmel as my teacher, I was at a loss for words. How do you describe the most incredible experience and opportunity that you received on your spiritual journey? Just that, incredible! Carmel was always there ready to answer my questions with an open heart. I was never afraid to ask the simplest questions, even if I had to ask them over again to understand. It was never, “this is the final answer” it was always “these are my thoughts, and this is what I believe is taking place.” Carmel is not a hard, fast or tough teacher she is kind, patient and loving. How Does It Work?
These training program are released in weekly modules
within your private online member area of the website.
If you choose to add on the Certified Mediumship Training program in addition to School Of Spirit you will receive modules for both programs each week
Each Module is filled with step-by-step training videos, discovery homework sheets and a section that’s called Carmel’s Tips”. Carmel gives you the exact company or location she uses for her products, services etc. You can watch and learn from your computer, or download your training to your tablet or mobile device. It can go anywhere and is yours for life!
Learn Easy And Smart!
Some people find sitting in front of long drawn out learning videos is tiresome and 
they can lose interest or not retain the information. This is why Carmel has broken up the videos in each module. Easy for you to understand and you can get up and “shake it off” in between and then come back for more! Each video in the module is 5-15minutes long. She wants you to learn, be inspired and not lose any bit of the details!

You’ll get access to one module per week over the course of the ten week program.
