The Truth
Discover Who You Really Are!
Many years ago Carmel went on what she now calls her “healing journey”. This journey took her through many ups and downs of discovering who she really was and lead her on a path of love, peace, forgiveness, and balance. Four things that she now understands, if you can achieve will change your life forever.
Carmel has had anxiety for as long as she can remember. In her late teens and twenties, she suffered with extreme panic and anxiety. At one point it got so bad she didn’t even want to leave her home. She stopped driving and stopped enjoying her life altogether. She was riddled with the fear of the next anxiety attack or stress meltdown, and she began shutting down.
She tried medication, counselling, and avoiding people and places that she considered to be triggers. It took her many years to realize that her anxiety was because she was connecting with Spirits on the other side.
On her journey to understand she came to realize that we all have a sixth sense. We are all meant to communicate with the other side.
This amazing guidance is available to us at all times if we want to access it and use the knowledge we have to guide us through this lifetime.
