- All in person events, mini-readings and course date are subject to change. All fees and deposits are non-refundable.
- All merchandise and product are non-refundable, unless manufacturer default. Any refunds given will be in the form of store credit.
- Please note: Some items are custom made to order. Timelines for bulk orders may be delayed. Please contact us directly at [email protected] before placing orders larger than 10 items.
- Carm's Community is a yearly subscription, your subscription will be automatically renewed every 12 months.
- Please allow 24 hours for any online courses, or Carms Community to be activated.
- Please allow 7-10 business for all items to arrive within Canada. Unless around the holiday season. All items outside of Canada may take up to 4 weeks. Canada Post is currently experiencing shipping delays. Please expect longer wait times.
